All payments made for German Language courses are strictly non-refundable
Once admission is granted, the course enrollment fee cannot be refunded, regardless of any inconveniences or circumstances
Refunds will only be issued if FPF Consultancy cancels a scheduled course or interview. However, if a course or interview date is rescheduled for any reason, the course enrollment fee and visa processing fee remain non-refundable
FPF Consultancy reserves the right to adjust the course fees for German Language without prior notification
